Both expire after two hours of inactivity. They are not set for website visitors.

The website does not use preference cookies. Your language (Arabic or English) is part of the page address, not a cookie.

If you arrive through a campaign link, the campaign source (for example utm_source) is kept in your browser's session storage until you close the tab, so that a request you send can show which campaign brought you. It is not a cookie and is not shared with third parties.

The website uses no analytics cookies and no third-party analytics service. We only count, without cookies, names or IP addresses, how the free tools are used (for example, that a tool was started or completed).

The map on the Contact page is provided by Google Maps. It is loaded only when you choose to show it; Google may then set its own cookies under its own policies. Links to WhatsApp, Instagram or YouTube open those services, which apply their own cookie policies.
