Jordan Hearing & Speech — Muscat (JHSM) is committed to making this website usable by as many visitors as possible, including people with disabilities — a commitment directly relevant to a hearing and speech clinic's own patients.

2. Our Target

We aim to make this website accessible in accordance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA principles (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, published by the W3C). We use them as our technical and design target.

3. Measures We Have Taken

This website is built with semantic HTML, is tested at mobile, tablet and desktop widths, and is fully bilingual with proper right-to-left (RTL) layout support in Arabic. Images carry text alternatives, pages can be used with a keyboard, and motion is reduced when your device asks for reduced motion.

4. Known Limitations

Some documents come from manufacturers, such as hearing aid datasheets in PDF format, and may not meet the same standard. If you need any of this information in another format, please contact us and we will help.
