About Us
Jordan Hearing & Speech
Jordan Hearing & Speech – Muscat is a centre specialising in hearing services and hearing solutions. We aim to provide integrated care that starts with an accurate assessment of your hearing and an understanding of your needs, and continues through choosing the right hearing solution, programming and ongoing follow-up, so that you get the greatest possible benefit.
Who we are
One team, three specialties — and always, listening first.
Our work brings together professional expertise, modern technology and personal service, because we believe every hearing case is different, and that the best solution must be built on the person’s needs and lifestyle, not on the result of a hearing test alone.
Who we are
Our story
- 2019
Safwat Al Khaleej Al Alamiya SPC was founded in the Sultanate of Oman in 2019, and has since worked in the medical and healthcare field, with the aim of providing specialised medical services and products to high professional standards.
- 2022
In 2022, the company expanded its specialised services by founding and launching an audiology clinic under the brand “Jordan Hearing & Speech – Muscat”, providing integrated hearing services: hearing tests and assessment, hearing solutions and hearing aids, and programming with ongoing follow-up.
Since then, Jordan Hearing & Speech – Muscat has been the company’s specialised brand for audiology and hearing solutions in the Sultanate of Oman.
Our vision
To be one of the leading and most trusted centres for hearing care and hearing solutions in the Sultanate of Oman, and to help improve people’s quality of life through modern, accurate hearing care centred on each person’s needs.
Our mission
To provide specialised hearing services to high professional standards: from hearing assessment and diagnosis, through choosing, fitting and programming the right hearing solutions, to follow-up and rehabilitation, to ensure the best possible hearing experience.
We seek to build long-term relationships with the people we care for, based on trust, clarity and continuous follow-up.
—What guides us
Our values
Accuracy and professionalism
We make sure our services and recommendations rest on an accurate assessment of each person’s condition and needs.
Honesty and transparency
We explain the condition and the available options clearly, and help you make the right decision without complication.
Care for each person
Everyone has different needs and circumstances, so we offer solutions and follow-up plans suited to each case individually.
Continuous follow-up
The success of a hearing solution does not end with fitting the hearing aid; it depends on precise programming, adaptation, follow-up and adjustments when needed.
Continuous development
We keep up with modern technology and developments in hearing care and hearing aids, to offer advanced options to the people we serve.
What guides us
